Episode 1 with Scott Lake was filmed during SDI19, where Scott also delivered a presentation which laid out his company’s journey with self-service. I had seen Scott speak at a previous SDI event, and when the SDI Podcast was in it’s fledgling stages, I knew I wanted him as my first guest.
As well as talking about the challenges and benefits ESP have seen with their self-service journey, we also spoke about the developments we’re seeing in the industry. Scott had an interesting take on this and where he thinks audio and video integrations are going to take off.
