Our first-ever Service Resilience Conference took place at The British Library in London on Thursday 14th November 2019. The one day conference was hosted by David Wright, Chief Value & Innovation Officer at SDI.
We heard from a fantastic range of speakers who discussed topics such as the psychology of resilience, how to lead resilient teams and be a resilient leader, dealing with volatile situations, business relationship management, workplace wellbeing and mindfulness-based emotional intelligence training.
