IT Service Week took place between 2-6 December!
Below you’ll find the week’s activities, competitions and resources, all designed to help service desks take stock of all their great achievements, pat themselves on the back and have some fun with their super colleagues!
 

SUPERHERO ACTIVITIES AGENDA:
Each day during ITSW19 there were celebratory and
promotional activities to take part and have fun in! Including competitions and themes of the day. You could pick and choose which days and activities to take part in.

Each day during ITSW19 there were new service desk insight and resources made available to support service desks in their improvement journeys.

• DECORATE YOUR LAIR!

Is your office the new BatCave? Is HQ Stark Tower? Is the service desk your Fortress of Solitude? There’s no right or wrong way to decorate your environment this ITSW, but whatever you do, make sure you take photos and use the #ITSW19 because ‘Best Decorated Lair’ wins a prize!

Transformation Tuesday
• FANCY DRESS COMPETITION!
Superheroes, supervillains, superhumans – anything goes! Whoever you are, the best team fancy dress photo wins a prize! So make sure you take lots of pictures and post with #ITSW19
VIDEO COMPETITION
While you’re in character, send us a video of your team in action! Maybe you’re fighting off an evil cyber-attack, maybe you’re rescuing a customer in distress, maybe it’s just a great ‘boomerang’ video – tag SDI and include #ITSW19.
The best video wins a prize!

• YOU’RE ALL WONDERFUL!
Wonder Wednesday is about promoting yourselves and your own team’s achievements. Encourage your team members to share their triumphs, successes, qualifications, any wonderful things they have achieved this year! And what are the goals for next year? Use #ITSW19 and tag SDI !
