Over the last few weeks, it’s been incredible to see how IT teams have pulled out all of the stops to deliver for customers and colleagues, especially for our frontline services.
Whether you are working from home, still going in to the office, doing late nights or overtime, everyone in IT support has been giving it everything they’ve got to ensure the IT works exactly how people need it when they need it most. It’s overwhelming that so many have been working around the clock to enable hundreds of thousands of people to continue working in these unprecedented time.

FREE ‘Ask The Experts’ Service Improvement Hours
SDI is making available 50 hours of free ‘Ask the Experts’ hours exclusively to frontline service desks between now and the end of the year.
