FREE Analyst Training Courses

As a thank you, SDI is also offering free, virtual Service Desk Analyst Training Courses for frontline service desks between April – December 2020.
The virtual SDA course provides the essential skills and knowledge required for delivering customer service and support excellence. Covering three days of learning, analysts will fully explore the modules covered in SDI’s professional standard for Service Desk Analysts. The virtual courses are delivered through an engaging online classroom environment by an approved SDI trainer. The examination will be taken online and is being kindly donated by our Examination Institute, PeopleCert.
