Substitutions
You may substitute an original booked delegate with another delegate at no extra charge. Written notification within 5 working days of the event is required to substitute a delegate.
Booking substitutions can be made by emailing events@sdi-e.com
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made as follows:
Delegate places are subject to the following cancellation charges:
0 – 60 days prior to the event – 100% of total invoice value is payable (delagates can be substituted – see above). Any cancellation must be emailed to events@sdi-e.com
Failure to attend without prior written notification will deem your booking as non-refundable.
Dietary and Special Requirements
Reasonable dietary requirements will be met if the delegate submits their request at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
Arrangements for religious worship, disabled access or personal adjustments can also be made with 4 weeks notice. Simply state your requirements at the time of your booking and we will make the necessary preparations prior to your arrival.

Payment Terms
Where payment is applicable, invoices must be paid prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed.

Data Protection
SDI does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Your details will be added to SDI’s database in order to process your request and to also keep you up to date with relevant offers and details for SDI services. Only where you have given consent for a conference or award sponsor to contact you will your details will be passed on.
